It commenced its journey in 2007 and announced its genesis in Real Estate Sector within two years. Over the years the company followed a track towards achieving its desired goal and developed many challenging projects thus accumulated skills, knowledge and experiences in designing and building solutions, project management services, trades and related engineering works. As of today. AWR Developments (BD) Ltd is working as a main and well reputed contractor in different size of projects all over the country.

The company already delivered few iconic and state of the art structures and also provides design inputs and engineering solutions as value-added services to the clients. Besides, developments and real estate sector, AWR Developments (BD) Ltd is also devoted in importing stones and dredging works. The company is well equipped with modern and sophisticated equipment, construction materials rolled out in urban, rural and remote project sites coverage of 800 million BDT inventory with trained technicians and operators. Till today AWR Developments (BD) Ltd accumulated experience in 95 projects in Bangladesh worth approximately 14 Billion BDT. Currently about 250 permanent employees are working relentlessly to uphold the name and fame of the company.
